The Brain Cleanse

We are so excited to announce the first ever Brain Cleanse at Alchemy Arts Center with Siddhi Ellinghoven. This program is designed to cleanse and restore the physical body with special attention on the brain itself. Siddhi will be guiding this process with support from our Resident Acupuncturist and Clinical Director, Eric Baumgartner L.Ac. The program included daily meditation and yoga with Siddhi, acupuncture and nutritional guidance, herbs and nutritional supplements to support the cleansing process and feed your brain the specific nutrients it needs to cleanse.

We have created three options, the All-Inclusive which features a full meal plan for 11 of the 12 days of the Cleanse, the Essential which does not include the meal plan, and the Basic which is just the Yoga, supplements, and a nutritional consultation.   Additional treatment packages will be available on request.
